Matrix Recruitment Group is seeking a newly created role in Ireland to support planning, performance management and business improvement. The position offers a mix of office-based and flexible working under an organisational hybrid-working policy.

You’ll report to the Director of Planning & Performance and provide strategic, analytical and business management support to key stakeholders and the wider team. The role focuses on administration, planning and process optimisation, with opportunities

Qualifications

  • Relevant third-level qualification (Level 7 or higher) or equivalent experience.
  • Strong background in planning, performance or program management.
  • Confidence working with senior leaders and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills along with initiative and agility.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, and ideally Power BI.
  • Demonstrated analytical ability and report writing skills.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of admin tasks: organising calls, emails, document management and filing.
  • Prioritise and improve current administrative systems and file management.
  • Champion automation, smart filing, and digital tools to streamline daily processes - specifically Sharepoint.
  • Draft, format, and produce reports and briefing papers to leadership teams.
  • Leverage tools like Microsoft 365, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and (ideally) Power BI.
  • Help build or improve dashboards and digital reporting systems
  • Coordinate project plans, timelines, and governance processes
  • Maintain accuracy and consistency in administrative records
  • Support staff with technology for better admin performance
  • Foster collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Promote quality, compliance, and risk management in all areas

We're recruiting for a newly created role supporting planning, performance management and business improvement in a largeorganisation. This position offers a mix of office-based and flexible working, following an organisational hybrid-working policy. You’ll be part of a team dedicated to delivering impactful change, with a focus on administration, planning, and process optimisation.

Your New Job:

You’ll report to the Director of Planning & Performance and play a key part in supporting senior leadership. You will provide strategic, analytical and business management support to the key stakeholders and occasionally the wider team.The rolewill require excellent organisational and administration skills, focusing on calls, emails, and process improvement. You’ll also get involved in project and performance management, working closely with teams across the organisation.
