Job summary

The Royal College of Physicians of Ireland is seeking an Events Coordinator to join our Events Team and deliver conferences and webinars for our doctors and healthcare professionals. The role offers hybrid working, with events at No 6 Kildare Street and online platforms such as Teams and Cvent.

Reporting to the Events Manager, you will support timelines, speakers and budgets, coordinate registrations, liaise with Deans and external stakeholders, and help drive continuous improvement of events.

Qualifications

  • Experience coordinating events in a busy team environment.
  • Experience delivering in-person, virtual and hybrid events.
  • Skilled with multiple stakeholders including senior professionals and suppliers.

Responsibilities

  • Support development and delivery of webinars, conferences and conferrings.
  • Set up events using cloud platforms and manage bookings.
  • Maintain relationships with Deans, faculty, clinicians, sponsors and internal teams.
  • Coordinate timelines, speakers and participants for each event.
  • Manage venue setup, registrations and on-site support.
  • Prepare post-event reports and contribute to quarterly reviews.
