Job summary

Morgan McKinley is seeking an Administration Coordinator in Cork City to support planning and delivery of events in the clinical research space. You will coordinate from concept to completion, ensuring seamless events that engage investigators, sponsors, and healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and deliver events from concept through execution and post-event follow-up.
  • Define event scope, objectives, and timelines with clinical study teams.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations and provide insights on outcomes and improvements.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and manage supplier relationships.
  • Act as a key contact for sponsors, investigators, and healthcare professionals.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage service level agreements.
  • Oversee logistics including venue sourcing, travel arrangements, equipment setup, and materials distribution.
  • Ensure events are delivered smoothly, on time, and to a high standard.
  • Develop, manage, and track event budgets in line with organisational policies.
  • Prepare and distribute event materials, agendas, and communications.
  • Maintain detailed documentation including risk assessments and safety protocols.

Role Overview

Are you a highly organised administrator with a flair for coordination and a passion for delivering seamless events?

This Administration Coordinator role offers the opportunity to play a key part in planning and delivering impactful events within the clinical research space. From investigator meetings to patient engagement sessions and training events, you'll be at the centre of it all ensuring everything runs smoothly from concept through to completion.

Key Responsibilities
