Job summary

GLOBAL CONFERENCE VENUES LIMITED is seeking an Event Technology Systems Manager to lead registration platforms across Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. You will oversee Stova, Cvent and related SaaS platforms, driving secure, scalable delegate registration and payment solutions for multinational clients.

The role blends enterprise software administration, workflow automation and data governance to ensure high performance, data integrity and optimal user experience throughout event

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience configuring and maintaining enterprise event registration platforms.
• Strong understanding of registration workflows, payments, communications and reporting.
• Experience ensuring GDPR-compliant data handling and secure processing.

Responsibilities

• Configure, administer and maintain enterprise registration platforms (Stova, Cvent).
• Design online registration workflows for delegates, speakers and exhibitors.
• Manage payments, communications, reporting and automated workflows.
• Monitor performance and implement continual improvements to systems.
• Develop and maintain event websites and mobile apps.

The Event Technology Systems Manager is a specialist in the implementation, configuration, administration and optimisation of enterprise event technology platforms supporting international conferences and corporate events across Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. The role combines enterprise software administration, digital platform management, workflow automation and data governance to deliver secure, scalable and efficient delegate registration & payment solutions for multinational clients. The successful candidate acts as the technical lead for registration systems throughout the event lifecycle, ensuring high levels of system performance, data integrity and user experience.

Purpose of the Role

The successful candidate acts as the technical lead for registration systems throughout the event lifecycle, ensuring high levels of system performance, data integrity and user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Enterprise Registration Systems - Configure, administer and maintain enterprise event registration platforms including Stova and Cvent.
• Design complex online registration workflows for delegates, speakers, sponsors and exhibitors.
• Configure registration logic, payment processing, communications, reporting and automated workflows.
• Monitor platform performance and implement continuous system improvements.
• Digital Platform Development - Build and manage event websites and digital registration portals.
• Configure and deploy event mobile applications.
• Support virtual and hybrid event platforms.
• Manage integrations between registration platforms, websites and digital engagement solutions.
• Business Systems Analysis - Analyse client requirements and translate into technical platform configurations.
• Recommend technology solutions to improve operational efficiency and delegate experience.
• Configure automated communication workflows using enterprise event technology platforms.
• Support implementation of AI-enabled process improvements and workflow automation.
• Data Management and Governance - Manage large international delegate databases.
• Maintain data quality, validation rules and GDPR-compliant processing.
