The Event Technology Systems Manager is a specialist in the implementation, configuration, administration and optimisation of enterprise event technology platforms supporting international conferences and corporate events across Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East.
The role combines enterprise software administration, digital platform management, workflow automation and data governance to deliver secure, scalable and efficient delegate registration & payment solutions for multinational clients. The successful candidate acts as the technical lead for registration systems throughout the event lifecycle, ensuring high levels of system performance, data integrity and user experience.

PURPOSE OF THE ROL
The successful candidate acts as the technical lead for registration systems throughout the event lifecycle, ensuring high levels of system performance, data integrity and user experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Enterprise Registration Systems - Configure, administer and maintain enterprise event registration platforms including Stova and Cvent. Design complex online registration workflows for delegates, speakers, sponsors and exhibitors.
- Configure registration logic, payment processing, communications, reporting and automated workflows. -Monitor platform performance and implement continuous system improvements.
- Digital Platform Development - Build and manage event websites and digital registration portals. Configure and deploy event mobile applications. Support virtual and hybrid event platforms. Manage integrations between registration platforms, websites and digital engagement solutions.
- Business Systems Analysis - Analyse client requirements and translate into technical platform configurations. Recommend technology solutions to improve operational efficiency and delegate experience. Configure automated communication workflows using enterprise event technology platforms. Support implementation of AI-enabled process improvements and workflow automation.
- Data Management and Governance - Manage large international delegate databases. Maintain data quality, validation rules and GDPR-compliant processing. Produce operational and analytical reports for internal teams and clients. Ensure secure handling of confidential personal and financial information.
- Client Technology Support - Provide technical consultation to international corporate clients throughout project delivery. Deliver user support for registration platforms and digital event applications. Resolve technical issues affecting registration systems and digital event platforms. - Provide training and guidance to clients and internal project teams.
- Operational Delivery - Support simultaneous delivery of multiple international events. Coordinate technical aspects of on-site registration systems. Travel internationally where required to oversee deployment of digital registration solutions. Support financial reconciliation of online payment systems and reporting.
- Continuous Improvement - Identify opportunities for automation and process optimisation. Evaluate emerging technologies relevant to event management. Integrate AI tools into operational workflows where appropriate. Document system configurations, procedures and technical standards.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Essential - Minimum 2-3 years' experience administering enterprise registration or event management platforms. Demonstrated expertise with Stova, Cvent or equivalent enterprise SaaS platforms. Experience configuring event websites and mobile event applications. Experience implementing workflow automation and digital communication platforms.Strong understanding of database management and data quality processes. Advanced IT literacy including Microsoft Office and Excel. Experience managing multiple concurrent technical projects. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Experience supporting multinational corporate clients.
Desirable - Experience with CrowdComms or equivalent attendee engagement platforms. Knowledge of CRM integrations and API-enabled workflows. Experience with AI-assisted operational automation. Experience supporting virtual and hybrid events. Familiarity with GDPR compliance and information governance.

- 38 Hours per week
- Salary Range EUR 35,000 - 43,000
