RUGANTINO in Sligo is seeking an experienced Part-Time Waiting Staff / Front of House to join our busy Italian restaurant. The role is ideal for someone passionate about hospitality and customer service, able to perform confidently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Welcoming and seating guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Taking food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
Serving food and drinks while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
Answering telephone enquiries and managing restaurant reservations.
Assisting with bar service when required.
Completing end-of-day floor and beverage stock checks.
Maintaining a clean, organised and professional front-of-house environment.
Monitoring the cleanliness and presentation of guest restrooms and customer areas.
Working closely with the rest of the team to ensure smooth and efficient service.
