Job summary

Centra in Galway is seeking a full-time store manager to lead a team, ensuring smooth store operations and delivering an excellent customer service experience.

You will motivate staff, manage shifts (evenings 3/3.30 to 11:30) and delegate tasks, maintaining merchandising standards and responding to customer needs with professionalism.

This role sits within Musgrave Ireland, with opportunities to develop in a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service facing role.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment and multi-task under pressure.
• Ability to organise work, delegate responsibilities and support team members in the store.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with day management on layout changes and ensure proper implementation.
• Set standards for rotation, merchandising and facing off.
