Job summary

Centra in Ireland seeks a customer-focused supervisor to lead and motivate the store team, ensuring efficient operations and exceptional customer service at all times.

You will support induction and training, manage daily tasks, and act as a role model promoting teamwork and a positive attitude. The role involves liaising with management on layout changes and maintaining high standards of merchandising and customer care.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a customer service facing role.
• Able to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to organise work and support team members in the store.
