Job summary

Hoop Medical Limited in Ireland seeks an experienced Team Leader for the evening shift to coordinate daily production, lead a small team and ensure quality, GDP-compliant documentation and efficient use of resources.

You will report to the Production Supervisor, oversee training, ensure cleanroom supplies, maintain safety and quality standards, and collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of production/manufacturing leadership experience.
• Knowledge of quality control processes and manufacturing procedures.
• Excellent communication skills to train, support and motivate staff.
• ISO 13485:2016 knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily production activities and headcount for efficient workflow.
• Ensure production area is set up with adequate cleanroom consumables.
• Monitor breaks, attendance, and timekeeping procedures.
• Coordinate training for new employees and convey procedural updates.
• Maintain GDP-compliant production records, data sheets and logs.
• Conduct product testing per approved procedures and specs.
• Complete Balloon History Records before Quality Review and enter data accurately.
• Support stock management and oversee extrusion processes as required.
• Maintain a clean, safe, compliant production environment.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve production issues.
• Report updates and staffing needs to the Production Supervisor promptly.
• Promote teamwork, accountability and continuous improvement.
