Freudenberg Medical Ireland Ltd. is seeking a Production Lead for the evening shift to supervise day-to-day operations on the production floor. You will guide operators, ensure safety, quality, and GMP compliance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-growing manufacturing environment.

The role emphasizes leadership, coaching, and collaboration with Engineering and Quality teams to meet KPIs and deliverables while maintaining lean processes and a strong safety culture.

Competenze

• Previous experience within a manufacturing environment and ability to lead/co-ordinate production activities.
• Solid understanding of GMP requirements and production documentation.
• Experience with Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement is a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills; able to elevate issues when needed.

• Take the lead on day-to-day production activities during the evening shift, with leadership development opportunities.
• Be a visible, confident presence on the production floor to guide and influence the team.
• Coach Production Operators to maintain safety, quality, and productivity.
• Carry out regular production walk-arounds to identify and address safety, quality, or equipment issues.
• Champion a strong Health & Safety culture and ensure proper procedures are followed.
• Coordinate resources and production priorities to hit Safety, Quality, GMP, Productivity and Waste targets.
• Ensure GMP standards including line clearance and production documentation are maintained.
• Monitor production performance and escalate issues as needed.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality and other teams to drive Lean and continuous improvement.
• Support NPI, product trials, validations, change controls, CAPA, investigations and audits.
