Qualifications

• At least 3 years supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Ability to read complex manufacturing drawings and work orders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to plan and organize production schedules.
• Effective communication and training skills.
• Proficiency with basic computer software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise production to meet work orders.
• Assign work orders to teams to assemble products per specifications.
• Maintain necessary paperwork and reports for work orders.
• Oversee clean room maintenance and workplace cleanliness.
• Coordinate with QA Technicians and Engineers to ensure quality.
• Lead and evaluate workers; manage transfers/promotions.
• Hire new employees for the production line as needed.
• Train leads and workers in production methods and safety.
• Review operations and identify process improvements.
• Ensure line clearances and related paperwork are completed on time.
• May perform second shift supervisor responsibilities.
