Job summary

Trump Golf - Doonbeg is actively seeking a Night Associate to join the Front of House team. Reporting to the Night Manager, you will support the Night team in delivering a memorable guest experience through late-night check-ins, room service, porterage, and safety procedures.

You will liaise with all hotel departments to ensure guest comfort and satisfaction. Experience in hospitality and strong communication are essential, with a proactive, discreet approach and a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Check-in procedures for late arrivals.
• Escort guests to suites and ensure comfort and catering needs.
• Provide porterage and guest transportation services.
• Manage valet parking and related guest services.
• Deliver room service and bar service as requested by guests.
• Clean duties of public areas to maintain hotel standards.
• Provide in-room dining service preparation, execution and delivery.
• Ensure bar service complies with licensing restrictions.
• Follow fire and safety procedures and keep records updated.
• Monitor areas of vulnerability to ensure safety and security.
• Perform Night Audit procedures.
• Handle guest check-out procedures.
• Support other hotel operations as directed by management.
