Job summary

Sigmar Recruitment is hiring a Customer Service Representative for our East Galway client. You will handle Global customer inquiries by telephone, email and chat, primarily supporting US customers, with evening shifts 5pm–1am as part of a 25-seat evening team.

The role is full-time and permanent; after an initial on-site 6-month period, hybrid working 1–3 days from home may be available depending on performance.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Prior experience in a call centre or customer service environment is desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, email and chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, policies and procedures to resolve queries efficiently.
• Represent the company professionally and provide excellent service to customers and partners.
• Complete documentation to in-house standards and support the team with daily operations.
