Job summary

Harry Walsh Associates Recruitment is seeking a senior technical leader to join a rapidly growing national energy organisation in Ireland. The successful candidate will become the technical authority for the operational side of the company's technology organisation — building the engineering function, owning the technical product knowledge, and acting as a deputy to the CTO on technical support.

Qualifications

5+ years of progressive experience in technical support, field service management, or engineering team leadership.
Knowledge of OCPP and experience with a CSMS.
Proven ability to manage field service teams against SLAs, with reporting and root-cause analysis.
Experience leading OEM and vendor relationships and warranty management.

Responsibilities

Own technical delivery and engineering capability across all support tiers.
Act as deputy to the CTO on technical support.
Build the engineering function and technical product knowledge.
Manage relationships with manufacturers and OEMs.
Partner with the Customer Service Manager to meet internal and external SLA commitments.
