Qualifications

• Significant experience leading complex, enterprise-wide transformation programmes in financial services or regulated environments.
• Proven track record of delivering end-to-end large-scale programmes with customer, regulatory, employee and technology impacts.
• Strong governance, delivery assurance, risk management and benefits realisation experience.
• Ability to lead indirectly across cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders beyond reporting lines.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills with senior reporting capability.
• Strong analytical and commercial awareness with ability to turn issues into clear actions.
• Experience in a multi-entity European environment, regulatory change, operational resilience or payments is desirable.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead major European transformation programmes with clear scope, milestones, outcomes and benefits.
• Translate strategic priorities into delivery plans covering sequencing, resourcing, dependencies, risks and decisions.
• Own end-to-end delivery across complex, multi-team initiatives.
• Drive progress against milestones, escalate issues early and enable timely senior decisions.
• Support the Head of Change in delivering the European Change and Transformation Strategy.
• Provide clear insight on status, delivery confidence, risks, dependencies, benefits and executive decisions required.
• Link programmes to outcomes including growth, efficiency, resilience, compliance and customer impact.
• Establish robust programme governance with clear forums, accountability and risk management.
• Ensure programmes comply with risk appetite and internal policies; identify and elevate risks.
• Be a credible senior change leader, challenging assumptions and influencing beyond direct lines.
• Coach and develop project leads and build delivery capability across Europe.
