HR Path Talent seeks an experienced Change Manager to drive organisational change across Europe within a major transformation programme. The role focuses on establishing the change foundations, developing strategies, and executing activities to support adoption of new processes and ways of working.

The successful candidate will engage stakeholders, prepare impacted teams, and ensure business readiness throughout the transformation journey.

Competenze

• 5+ years' experience in organisational change within large-scale transformation.
• Proven ability to develop and execute change strategies from inception to adoption.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communications, business readiness, and training.
• Experience establishing change networks across multiple countries.
• Experience creating communications plans, training plans, job aids, and learning materials.
• Excellent facilitation and influencing skills with stakeholders at all levels.

• Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies and plans.
• Conduct stakeholder assessments, change impact assessments, and business readiness activities.
• Design and deliver communication strategies, plans, and engagement materials.
• Establish and manage change champion networks across multiple countries.
• Develop training strategies, learning journeys, and adoption plans.
• Create training materials, presentations, and supporting collateral.
• Partner with programme leadership to drive engagement and adoption.
• Monitor change adoption and readiness, addressing resistance as needed.
