Job summary

IT Search in Ireland is seeking an experienced Senior Transformation / Portfolio Lead to drive a significant change programme spanning technology, operations and business transformation. The role offers high visibility with oversight across ERP, finance transformation, HR systems, customer and billing platforms, cyber security, data and AI initiatives.

You will provide a clear portfolio view, managing risks, budgets, timelines and governance while engaging with senior executives and delivery

Qualifications

Experience delivering or overseeing large-scale business and technology transformation.
Background in programme, portfolio or transformation leadership.
Strong governance, risk, budget and stakeholder management experience.
Comfortable engaging with senior executives while also working with delivery teams.
Experience across ERP, finance transformation, customer platforms, utilities, cyber, data or AI or large-scale operational change is beneficial.

Responsibilities

Provide oversight across a portfolio of complex transformation programmes.
Track programme risks, budgets, timelines, dependencies and overall delivery health.
Work closely with individual Programme Leads and senior stakeholders across the business.
Identify cross-programme dependencies, risks and issues and ensure these are escalated appropriately.
Support executive-level governance, reporting and monthly portfolio updates.
Provide clear visibility of progress, challenges and priorities across the transformation portfolio.
Help ensure programmes remain aligned to wider business and technology objectives.
