European TA Specialist: AI-Powered Sourcing & Mapping

Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition professional to lead proactive sourcing and candidate engagement across European markets, with a focus on GTM, Sales and Commercial roles. You will build talent maps, research European talent landscapes, and leverage AI-driven tools to improve pipelines, while collaborating with hiring managers and the wider TA team.

Fluency in French and English is required, with experience navigating multi-market environments and delivering high-quality hires

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment or Sourcing, ideally in an international or multi-market environment
• Experience sourcing across European markets
• Fluency in French and English, with strong communication skills in both languages
• Strong sourcing capabilities (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, passive candidate engagement and talent mapping)
• Understanding of GTM, Sales and Commercial talent profiles
• Strong stakeholder and relationship-building skills
• Data-driven and tech-enabled approach, with interest in AI and emerging technologies
• Ability to manage multiple roles, priorities and markets in a fast-paced international environment

Responsibilities

• Own proactive sourcing strategies for GTM, Sales, Commercial roles across European markets
• Build and maintain talent maps across Sales, B2B, Business Development, Account Management, Partnerships and Commercial functions
• Develop understanding of European talent landscapes, key talent hubs, competitor organizations and talent communities
• Identify and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, referrals, talent communities and other channels
• Build proactive pipelines for immediate and future hiring needs
• Support recruitment from sourcing and candidate engagement through interview and offer stages
• Translate hiring requirements into targeted and creative sourcing strategies
• Provide insights on talent availability, salary expectations, competitor talent and market trends
• Refine search methodologies and sourcing approaches to improve candidate quality and conversion
• Track sourcing activity and pipeline performance and use data to optimize the approach
• Partner with hiring managers and the wider TA team to understand hiring needs and business priorities
• Build collaborative stakeholder relationships across European markets
• Provide recruitment and talent-market insights for informed hiring decisions
• Share regular pipeline updates and maintain transparency throughout recruitment
• Use AI tools for talent mapping, candidate identification, market research and outreach personalization
• Explore emerging AI sourcing technologies
• Share sourcing techniques and AI best practices across the TA team
• Build candidate relationships and ensure a positive recruitment experience
• Develop personalised outreach reflecting the Smartbox employer proposition
• Contribute to talent attraction, employer branding and talent community initiatives
