Job summary

Smartbox Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong French market expertise to join our Talent Acquisition team. This sourcing-led role focuses on GTM, Sales and Commercial talent across Europe, combining market knowledge with stakeholder partnership and AI-enabled recruitment techniques.

You'll build proactive sourcing strategies, map talent across key roles, engage passive candidates, and support candidates through interview and offer stages.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment or Sourcing.
• Experience sourcing across European markets.
• Fluency in French and English.
• Strong sourcing capabilities with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.
• Good stakeholder and relationship-building skills.
• Data-driven and tech-enabled approach with AI interest.

Responsibilities

• Own proactive sourcing strategies for GTM, Sales across European markets.
• Build and maintain talent maps across Sales, B2B, Business Development and Commercial roles.
• Develop understanding of European talent landscapes and hubs.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong French market expertise to join our TA team, focused on sourcing high-quality GTM, Sales and Commercial talent across Europe.

This is a sourcing-led role for someone who understands where strong talent can be found and how to engage it effectively — combining market knowledge, stakeholder partnership and modern, AI-enabled recruitment techniques

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Talent Sourcing & Recruitment

• Own proactive sourcing strategies for GTM, Sales, Commercial and broader corporate roles across European markets.
• Build and maintain talent maps across Sales, B2B, Business Development, Account Management, Partnerships and Commercial functions.
• Develop a strong understanding of European talent landscapes, including key talent hubs, competitor organizations and talent communities.
• Identify and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, referrals, talent communities and other sourcing channels.
• Build proactive pipelines for immediate and future hiring needs.
• Support recruitment throughout the hiring process, from sourcing and candidate engagement through to interview and offer stages.

Sourcing Strategy & Market Intelligence

• Translate hiring requirements into targeted and creative sourcing strategies.
• Research and map competitor organizations to identify relevant talent pools.
• Provide insights on talent availability, salary expectations, competitor talent and market trends.
• Continuously refine search methodologies and sourcing approaches to improve candidate quality and conversion.
• Track sourcing activity and pipeline performance and use data to optimize your approach.

Stakeholder Partnership

• Partner closely with hiring managers and the wider TA team to understand hiring needs and business priorities.
• Build positive and collaborative relationships with stakeholders across European markets.
• Provide recruitment and talent‑market insights to support informed hiring decisions.
• Share regular pipeline updates and maintain transparency throughout the recruitment process.

AI-Powered Sourcing

• Use AI tools to accelerate talent mapping, candidate identification, market research and outreach personalization.
• Explore emerging AI sourcing technologies to improve efficiency and candidate quality.
• Share effective sourcing techniques and AI best practices across the TA team.

Candidate Experience & Talent Attraction

• Build strong candidate relationships and ensure a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Develop personalised and engaging outreach that reflects the Smartbox employer proposition.
• Contribute to talent attraction, employer branding and talent community initiatives.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• 3–5 years' experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment or Sourcing, ideally within an international or multi-market environment.
• Experience sourcing across European markets, with good knowledge of the
• Fluency in French and English, with strong communication skills in both languages.
• Strong sourcing capabilities, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, passive candidate engagement and talent mapping.
• Understanding of GTM, Sales and Commercial talent profiles.
• Strong stakeholder and relationship‑building skills, with the ability to work effectively with hiring managers and the wider TA team.
• A data-driven and tech-enabled approach, with an interest in using AI and emerging technologies to improve sourcing and recruitment.
• Ability to manage multiple roles, priorities and markets in a fast‑paced international environment.
