CubeSpace ADCS is seeking a Managing Director for Ireland to establish and scale the European operation, lead compliance, and drive revenue growth. This leader will build a high-performing local team, set a clear strategy, and ensure execution against EBITDA and governance targets.

The role is hands-on, requiring close collaboration with global R&D and production teams and a proven track record in complex bids, supplier management, and strategic change.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/operations/management; postgrad preferred.

Responsabilités

• Establish and scale European operations with facilities and ERP/MRP.
• Act as responsible executive and statutory lead for Ireland.
• Lead people and culture through high-performing teams.
• Ensure ISO 9001 / AS9100 quality and regulatory compliance.
• Drive commercial growth and customer success in Europe.
• Own European financial performance including full P&L.
• Maintain governance, risk management and reporting to Board.
