This role connects Europe Consumer Growth with internal systems and US teams to deliver insights and align cross-functional actions. The candidate will build KPI frameworks, manage ad-hoc analyses, and coordinate with Finance, Logistics, and Product teams to optimize service orders, rebates, and market-specific demand.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years of professional experience in consulting, product management, operations, FP&A, banking, engineering, or entrepreneurship.
• 4+ years of professional experience in Excel or programming.

Aufgaben

• Query internal databases and systems, build recurring and ad-hoc reports, and perform analysis to investigate business issues and identify growth or operational opportunities.
• Leverage all available data sources to support ad-hoc performance deep dives and robust business casing for new propositions.
• Define data-led processes, frameworks, and structures that enable improved KPI visibility and a faster cadence of critical insights for Europe business.
• Leverage data and demand trends to inform accurate demand forecasting for service subscription sales and hardware production volumes by market and hardware type.
• Track purchase orders from placement through delivery, coordinating issues across Logistics, Customs, Tax, Supply, and other teams as needed.
• Support retail operations and consumer growth team in tracking service orders, distributor rebates, incentives, and other programs; coordinate corrections with Finance, Payments, Retail Operations, and Distribution Operations.
• Act as Europe’s operational and data-led interface with Product, Product Growth, Retail Operations, Finance, Payments, Supply, Logistics, Tax, Distribution Operations, and US-based teams to drive open issues to closure.
• Build and maintain lightweight controls and reporting across affiliates, payments, rebates, service orders, supply execution, and other Europe processes.
