Job summary

SpaceX seeks a Sr. Business Operations Manager for Europe Growth. The role provides data-led support to the Europe Consumer Growth team, delivering agile deep dives and enhanced KPI visibility. You will coordinate with US teams and internal systems to drive growth strategies and operational resolutions.

The position requires strong analytics, experience in data queries, and the ability to forecast demand across services and hardware. Occasional travel and extended hours are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, mathematics, or economics.
• 6+ years of professional experience in consulting, product management, operations, FP&A, banking, engineering, or entrepreneurship.
• 4+ years of professional experience in Excel or programming.

Responsibilities

• Query internal databases and systems, build recurring and ad-hoc reports, and perform analysis to investigate business issues and identify growth or operational opportunities.
• Leverage all available data sources to support ad-hoc performance deep dives and robust business casing for new propositions.
• Define the data-led processes, frameworks, and structures that enable improved KPI visibility and faster cadence of insights for Europe business.
• Forecast demand for service subscriptions and hardware production by market and type.
• Track purchase orders from placement to delivery, coordinating with Logistics, Customs, Tax, and Supply teams.
• Support retail operations and consumer growth tracking, rebates, incentives, and other programs; coordinate with Finance, Payments, and Distribution Ops.
• Interface with Product, Product Growth, Retail Ops, Finance, Payments, Supply, Logistics, Tax, Distribution Ops and US teams to close open issues.
• Build and maintain lightweight controls and reporting across affiliates, payments, rebates, service orders, and supply execution to improve visibility.
