CubeSpace Limited is expanding its Irish operation with a senior executive role to build, lead, and scale Europe-wide manufacturing, sales and customer-support facilities in Dublin.

You will own P&L, governance, and strategic execution, while building a high-performing local team and aligning with CubeSpace Head Office. This is a hands-on leadership position at the nexus of strategy and execution across regulatory, quality, and commercial activities.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Operations, Management or related discipline.
• Postgraduate qualification is advantageous.
• Experience leading aerospace/high-technology manufacturing or space-related operations.

Responsabilités

• Establish and scale European operations including facilities, equipment, and ERP/MRP systems.
• Act as responsible executive and statutory lead for Irish operation with governance and regulatory compliance.
• Lead people and culture, build high-performing teams, and foster a performance-driven culture.
• Ensure regulatory, quality and export compliance with Irish/EU requirements, including registrations and approvals.
• Drive commercial growth, customer engagement, and bid leadership across Europe.
• Develop resilient supply chains with European suppliers and efficient logistics.
• Oversee production planning, capacity management, and KPI reporting.
• Own European P&L, budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and EBITDA targets.
• Maintain governance, risk, and reporting discipline for strategic alignment.
