Job summary

Zurich Cover-More Europe is seeking an experienced Program & Project Manager to lead end-to-end partner onboarding and migration projects across Europe, ensuring timely delivery within agreed timelines and budget.

You will coordinate across Product, IT, Finance, Legal, Operations, Customer Service, Risk and Compliance, building strong relationships with partners and driving governance and risk management to achieve successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a project delivery, business implementation, or project management role.
• Experience onboarding partners and delivering complex, multi-stakeholder programmes.
• Strong project management expertise with knowledge of Prince2 and/or Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end implementation of partner onboarding and migration projects across Europe.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and delivery milestones.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Product, IT, Finance, Legal, Operations, Customer Service, Risk and Compliance.
• Lead project governance activities, including status reporting, risk management, and stakeholder communications.
• Ensure key business requirements are delivered, including due diligence, data protection assessments, IT security reviews, legal agreements and operational readiness.
• Facilitate internal and external project meetings, providing clear updates, action tracking and progress reporting.
• Identify project risks and dependencies, implementing appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and aligned to business objectives.
• Provide post-implementation support and manage subsequent project activity as required.
• Drive a customer-focused approach, ensuring positive outcomes for customers and partners throughout the delivery process.
