Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing end-to-end project implementations, ideally within insurance or a regulated industry.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a project delivery, business implementation, or project management role.
• Experience onboarding partners and delivering complex, multi-stakeholder programmes.
• Strong project management expertise, with knowledge of Prince2 and/or Agile methodologies preferred.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build credibility across all levels of an organisation.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of partner onboarding and migration projects across Europe.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Product, IT, Finance, Legal, Operations, Customer Service, Risk and Compliance.
• Lead project governance activities, including status reporting and risk management.
• Ensure delivery of due diligence, data protection assessments, IT security reviews and operational readiness.
• Facilitate internal and external project meetings with clear updates and action tracking.
