European Export Sales Lead – Dublin

Job summary

Yetigel International in Dublin leads the group's European sales subsidiary, based in Dublin with travel across Europe and production sites in France and the Netherlands. We are a fast-growing family-owned industrial group in water ice lollies expanding brands internationally and building a sales team to drive growth across Europe.

You will define strategy, recruit and manage a local team, and build the export pipeline to retailers, distributors and importers.

Qualifications

• 8–15 years of export sales experience in food/FMCG.
• Proven track record in branded sales to European retail buyers.
• Experience opening new markets in Northern Europe, DACH, Benelux or UK.

Responsibilities

• Lead the European roll-out of the group's brands and export sales.
• Build the branded export pipeline targeting retailers, distributors and importers.
• Recruit and manage agents, brokers and V.I.E staff by country.
• Represent the group at key trade shows (PLMA, SIAL, ISM).
• Define export pricing policy with group management.
• Build and manage the local sales team (sales admin, supply chain, quality).
• Develop the group's international brands.
