Standout Field Marketing Ltd is seeking a Retail Group Executive to support the Danone Customer Account Team across the Island of Ireland. The role focuses on account management, in-store execution, and data-driven growth initiatives, with travel across the island and regular collaboration with key retail partners.

Responsibilities

• Represent Danone with designated retail groups as the contact between customers and the Danone Account Management Team.
• Build partnerships with BWG and Musgrave network across Island of Ireland.
• Deliver sustainable, profitable growth aligned with Danone's goals.
• Analyse performance and market data to identify opportunities and create business plans.
• Negotiate and manage tailored commercial agreements.
• Support in-store execution with the Field Sales Team.
• Use data insights to track performance and ensure targets are met.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure consistent execution.
