Job summary

GemPool Recruitment seeks an ambitious Business Development Manager to lead commercial expansion. The role covers Ireland, the UK, Germany and Scandinavia on a six-month contract, with potential extension.

You will own the full sales lifecycle from lead generation to contract closure, collaborating with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Technical Specialists. You will develop strategic relationships, deliver presentations to engineers and executives, and travel across Europe to maximize

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business development or solution sales selling technical products to multinational clients.
• Experience in selling to data centre/infrastructure sectors is a plus.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to engage engineers, contractors and executives.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute a territory strategy across Ireland, the UK, Germany and Scandinavia to hit revenue targets.
• Develop direct relationships with data centre operators, M&E contractors, designers, architects and OEMs.
• Deliver targeted presentations and represent the company at European industry events; manage CRM pipeline and forecasting.
