ICDS Constructors seeks an experienced European Business Development Manager to expand our footprint across Europe, especially in construction and civil engineering sectors. You'll win new clients, build senior-level partnerships, and shape contracts while coordinating with operations, compliance and logistics teams to ensure delivery.

This is a hybrid role with EU travel, offering a six-figure salary and executive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business development, construction recruitment, engineering, or labour supply.
• Proven track record of winning new business across European markets.
• Excellent English communication; additional European languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel frequently across Europe.

Responsibilities

• Drive business growth across key European markets.
• Identify and win new clients across multiple construction sectors.
• Build and maintain senior‑level client relationships.
• Prepare and negotiate tenders, proposals, and contracts.
• Collaborate with operations, compliance, and logistics teams for delivery.
• Represent ICDS at industry events and client sites across Europe.
