Job summary

Subzero Engineering, a world‑class data center solutions provider, seeks a dynamic General Contractor Sales Manager for Europe. You will develop strategic relationships with GC partners and drive growth across hyperscale, colocation, and enterprise projects.

You will coordinate with sales, engineering, operations and marketing, manage pipelines, influence specifications, and support bid strategies from concept to commissioning. English required; other European languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Sales/Marketing or related discipline.
• Solid sales experience in data center industry, preferably white space.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and build positive relationships.
• English speaking required; other European language is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with national and regional General Contractors in the data center sector.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within hyperscale, colocation, enterprise, and edge data center projects.
• Influence project specifications during planning and design phases.
• Generate sales pipeline through contractor engagement and project tracking.
• Support bid strategies and project pursuits to secure new opportunities.
• Coordinate resources to support project requirements, technical reviews, and commercial proposals.
