Job summary

Subzero Engineering in Ireland is seeking a Sales Manager for the European data center sector, focusing on General Contractors. You will drive growth by building executive relationships, shaping specifications, and guiding projects from concept to commissioning.

The role requires a degree in Sales/Marketing or related field, a strong sales track record in the data center industry, and excellent presentation and communication skills across levels.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level in Sales/Marketing or a relevant discipline.
• Solid professional sales experience in the data center industry, preferably in the white space.
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with ability to engage at all levels.
• Proven ability to build positive relationships and maintain a commercial focus while managing multiple projects.
• English speaking is required; another European language is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with national and regional General Contractors in the data centre sector.
• Create and implement account plans for key contractor partners and act as primary contact.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within hyperscale, colocation, enterprise, and edge data centre projects.
• Influence project specifications during planning and design phases and support bid strategies.
• Engage with contractors from pre-construction through project completion and coordinate resources for proposals.
