Job summary

Subzero Engineering, part of Senneca Holdings, seeks a dynamic Sales Manager for Europe to expand our data center footprint. You will build strategic relationships with General Contractors, developers, and end users to drive opportunities from concept through commissioning.

The role requires strong sales credentials in the data center sector, excellent presentation skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects while collaborating with sales, engineering, and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Degree-level education in Sales/Marketing or related field.
• Proven sales experience in the data center sector.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Fluent English; another European language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with national and regional General Contractors in the data center sector.
• Establish executive and project contacts across GC organizations.
• Create and implement account plans for key contractor partners.
• Be primary contact for assigned contractor accounts.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within hyperscale, colocation, enterprise, and edge data centers.
• Influence project specifications during planning and design phases.
• Generate sales pipeline through contractor engagement and project tracking.
• Support bid strategies and project pursuits to secure opportunities.
• Coordinate resources for project requirements, reviews, and proposals.
• Monitor data center developments and capital projects.
• Support contractor teams with product selection and implementation planning.
• Provide market feedback to leadership on trends.
