Job summary

Subzero Engineering, a leading data center solutions provider and subsidiary of Senneca Holdings, seeks a General Contractor Sales Manager to grow our European footprint from our Dublin facility. You will develop strategic relationships with national and regional general contractors, influence specifications, and drive project opportunities from concept to commissioning.

Reporting to senior leadership, you will work with sales, engineering, and operations to win large-scale data center projects

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level in Sales/Marketing or a relevant discipline.
• Solid professional experience in a sales role within the datacenter industry, preferably within the white space.
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
• Proven ability to confidently and positively present at all levels, both internally and externally.
• Proven ability to create and maintain positive relationships and a commercial focus while managing multiple projects.
• English speaking is required / another European language an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with national and regional General Contractors in the data center sector.
• Business Development: Identify and pursue new opportunities within hyperscale, colocation, enterprise, and edge data center projects.
• Project Engagement: Engage with contractors from pre-construction through project completion and coordinate resources.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor data center market trends and competitive activity; provide feedback to leadership.
• Internal Collaboration: Work with sales, engineering, operations, marketing, and leadership to ensure smooth project delivery.
