Paysafe is seeking an EEA Payments Specialist (Fixed-Term Contract - 12 Months) based in Dublin. The role supports multiple Paysafe groups, handling bank wire payments, alternative methods, and payment issue resolutions. Requires strong Excel skills and prior banking/payments operations experience.

Hybrid work style with three days in the Dublin office and some travel to Bulgaria for outsourced services. Ideal candidates will have a background in financial services or payments operations,

Qualifications

• Must have robust experience in payments processing operations, ideally in banking or FinTech.

Responsibilities

• Follow authorization controls for transfers to and from Paysafe bank accounts.
• Provide backup to team leader for dual authorization on outgoing payments.
• Handle payment queries from customers and merchants.
• Ensure deposits are processed to the correct wallets.
• Maintain governance, risk controls and internal procedures.
