Job summary

MTM Engineering Ltd. is seeking a Group HR Coordinator (Talent Acquisition) to drive recruitment across Europe, with a focus on internship, graduate and early-career programmes.

The role supports the Group Talent Acquisition Specialist, HR team and hiring managers to attract and onboard high-calibre talent. Regular travel to MTM offices in Slane, Clonmel and Dublin in Ireland, plus Derry and Armagh in Northern Ireland, is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment/talent acquisition in-house or agency.
• Degree in HR or related field; CIPD or equivalent preferred.
• Experience supporting multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Support Group Talent Acquisition Specialist with recruitment across MTM Group in Europe.
• Coordinate internship, placement, apprenticeship and graduate recruitment programmes.
• Source candidates via job boards, referrals and direct sourcing tools.
• Screen CVs and conduct initial screening calls.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• Attend careers fairs to attract talent.
• Travel to MTM offices in Ireland and Northern Ireland as required.
• Maintain candidate records in ATS and compliant HR systems.
