Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end recruitment for engineering and construction roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define requirements and attract top talent.
• Source candidates via job boards, social networks, and events.
• Conduct technical assessments to ensure strong fit.
• Maintain candidate pipeline and candidate data in the ATS.
• Coordinate with external agencies as needed.
• Provide interview training and offer negotiation support to hiring managers.
• Keep documentation up-to-date in the applicant tracking system.
