ICON is seeking an experienced End User Compute (EUC) Manager to lead workplace technology services globally. You will oversee devices, application delivery, and VDI, with hands-on leadership for Citrix, Intune, and SCCM.

You will manage a team of EUC engineers, ensuring secure configuration, patching, and lifecycle management across the estate. This is a hybrid office role at our HQ in Leopardstown, Dublin 18.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading End User Compute or Desktop Engineering teams.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Intune and SCCM.
• Experience managing Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops environments.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage a team of EUC engineers delivering endpoint management and application delivery.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and performance management.
• Prioritise operational support and project delivery with a bias to service excellence.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, cybersecurity, and service management teams.
