Job summary

ICON Clinical Research is seeking an experienced End User Compute (EUC) Manager to lead workplace technology services across our global organisation. You will manage end-user devices, application delivery, and VDI, with a hands-on leadership style and focus on operational excellence.

The role covers Citrix VAD, Microsoft Intune, SCCM, and enterprise application delivery, driving secure, modern, and reliable end-user computing across multiple sites while supporting hybrid office attendance in

Qualifications

Proven experience leading End User Compute or Desktop Engineering teams.
Strong experience with Microsoft Intune and SCCM.
Experience managing Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops environments.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of EUC engineers responsible for endpoint management and application delivery.
Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and performance management.
Ensure effective prioritisation of operational support and project delivery activities.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and service excellence.
Manage enterprise endpoint platforms and patching across the estate.
Oversee Citrix VAD environment for high availability and performance.
Oversee enterprise application packaging, deployment, and lifecycle management.
