Job summary

CPL in Dublin is seeking an End User Computing Lead to own delivery, support and continuous improvement of end-user IT services for a global workforce. You will lead a small team of two analysts and oversee device management, M365 services, patching and the overall user experience.

You will manage a global M365 tenant with ~3,000 users, drive endpoint lifecycle management via Intune, active directory, policy enforcement and collaborate with Cyber Security to strengthen workplace resilience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in End User Computing / Digital Workplace in an enterprise environment.
• 2+ years in a lead role with M365 tenant accountability.
• Experience supervising a small technical team.
• Strong expertise in M365, Intune, Entra ID, Autopilot, SCCM and AVD/VDI.
• Solid grounding in Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS and DHCP.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the EUC team, balancing BAU support with project work within an ITIL-aligned framework.
• Own and operate a global Microsoft 365 tenant (~3,000 users) including Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive and Intune.
• Lead endpoint and mobile device lifecycle management via Intune, plus M365 licensing and compliance.
• Manage identity integration through Entra ID / Entra Connect.
• Act as Level 3 escalation point and lead P1 Major Incident resolution, participating in the on-call rota.
• Partner with Cyber Security to strengthen the security and resilience of workplace services.
