Job summary

Squarespace seeks an International Strategy and Marketing Lead to drive Europe-wide GTM strategy from Dublin. This hands-on role bridges research, strategy and agency partnerships to unlock new channels and growth across EU markets.

You will translate global strategy into local execution, traveling up to 30% to focus on Germany and France, and partnering with local agencies and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Marketing, Brand, Agency, or GTM Strategy at a high-growth company.
• Proven experience managing agency relationships, from strategic briefing through execution and performance review.
• Strong research instincts, comfortable gathering and synthesizing on-the-ground market insights to inform strategy.
• Experience identifying and developing new marketing or distribution channels.
• Comfortable operating with significant independence in a "build" role, shaping strategy as much as executing it.
• AI-first mindset: fluency in using AI tools to drive productivity and GTM improvements.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%, focused on Germany and France.
• German and/or French fluency preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• EU Market GTM ownership: lead GTM for EU markets, identify channels, customers and messaging.
• Agency & AEO partnership: work with local agencies on strategic marketing and AEO decisions.
• Research & insights: conduct on-the-ground market research across Europe.
• New channel identification: collaborate to unlock new channels and partners.
