Job summary

ACV Auctions in Ireland is seeking a proactive Territory Lead to drive sales growth across the EU. You will build strong customer relationships, identify opportunities, and promote our service offerings through consultative selling.

You will coordinate with internal teams, manage CRM data, and deliver proposals. A proven sales track record and English fluency are essential; automotive dealer network experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Fluent English (read, write, speak)
• Previous sales experience required
• Automotive dealer network experience preferred
• Strong consultative and solution-selling abilities
• Ability to close opportunities and develop long-term relationships
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills at all levels
• Proactive, growth-minded and adaptable to change
• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell existing service offerings to customers across the EU
• Develop and maintain trusted relationships with existing customers
• Build understanding of key customer needs and requirements
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the EU territory
• Serve as a link between customers and internal teams
• Resolve customer issues and coordinate with internal teams for solutions
• Use data-driven insights to identify sales opportunities and measure performance
• Assist with development and implementation of marketing plans as required
• Prepare and deliver customer proposals and presentations
• Provide feedback to senior management on territory performance
• Maintain CRM data accurately and daily
• Adhere to company policies and procedures
