Job summary

GenetiQ is seeking an Application Support Specialist to join our Customer Success Office. You will support Accounting, Stock, CRM, E-Commerce, BI and Supply Chain modules within the GenetiQ ERP solution, addressing technical and operational inquiries and documenting issues for efficient resolutions.

You will be part of a team focused on delivering excellent customer experience, with a hybrid work pattern requiring 3 days in Dundalk office. Previous ERP/BI experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Must have experience supporting a range of modules in ERP/Business Software.
• Degree or higher in Computer Science, Accounting, or Business.
• Strong knowledge of databases, APIs, and data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with technical and operational queries across business processes.
• Document issues and work towards the optimal solution.
• Provide clear communication and troubleshooting for ERP modules.
