Job summary

TechHeads in Dublin is seeking an Application Support Analyst specializing in ERP and integrations to join our hybrid team. You will diagnose issues beyond the UI, trace transactions across systems, and use SQL, APIs and logs to uncover root causes, supporting day-to-day operations of enterprise applications.

You'll collaborate with developers, IT teams and external vendors, take ownership of incidents through to resolution, and contribute to maintaining robust integration layers and ERP

Qualifications

• The most important thing is your technical troubleshooting ability.
• You understand how applications, databases and integrations work together and investigate beyond the end user view.
• Experience tracing transactions across systems and diagnosing root causes.

Responsibilities

• Investigate live production incidents across applications, databases, APIs and connected systems.
• Trace transactions from one system to another to identify where a failure occurred.
• Use application logs and monitoring tools to investigate errors and performance issues.
• Write SQL queries to investigate data discrepancies and troubleshoot issues.
• Use Postman or similar tools to send API requests and troubleshoot integration failures.
• Support ERP workflows and issues involving orders, stock, purchasing and other business processes.
• Work with developers and IT teams to resolve complex problems.
• Take ownership of incidents through to resolution and document findings.
