Job summary

Codec Azure seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager (ERP) to lead large, complex ERP transformations, primarily focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and related applications. You will oversee end-to-end delivery, governance, and cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong stakeholder engagement with senior figures, and a track record of delivering enterprise-scale ERP programs within a partner or services

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience delivering ERP implementation and business transformation projects.
• Prince2 Practitioner or PMP certification is required.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is essential.

Responsibilities

• Hold end-to-end accountability for delivery of ERP implementation and transformation projects.
• Lead governance, steering committee meetings and executive reviews.
• Manage cross-functional dependencies across finance, operations, supply chain, sales, and IT.
• Direct consultants and project teams to execute project plans.
