Job summary

Codec seeks a D365 CE & Power Platform Technical Team Lead to guide a team of L2/L3 consultants delivering incident resolution, enhancements, and ongoing improvements for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and the wider Power Platform. The role combines hands-on problem solving with strong team leadership and governance.

You will partner with business users, internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth operations, timely incident resolution, and high-quality changes.

Qualifications

• Experience in a leadership role or senior mentorship responsibilities.
• Strong ability to motivate others and deliver with excellence.
• Proactive continuous improvement mindset and high standards.
• Experience supporting Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) in a technical role and Power Platform.
• Certifications PL-200 and PL-400/600 are desirable.
• Experience with DevOps/ALM/CI-CD for Power Platform solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of D365 CE and Power Platform consultants.
• Own HR issues and team performance.
• Champion best practices in technical delivery and ticket management.
• Coordinate with Service Delivery and Change teams on priorities.
• Serve as a technical escalation point for selected customers and the wider team.
• Troubleshoot Dynamics 365 CE modules (Sales, CS, Marketing, Field Service).
• Support and maintain Power Platform solutions (Canvas Apps, Model-driven Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse).
• Manage upgrades, Wave updates, and patch deployments to ensure continuity and minimal disruption.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate into technical specs or Change Requests.
• Manage and prioritise time effectively.
