Job summary

The Panel is seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager in Ireland to lead a major transformation, migrating finance and operations to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. You will coordinate internal IT teams and external partners, reporting to the Financial Controller and owning delivery benefits.

Key requirements include proven end-to-end Dynamics ERP delivery in complex environments, strong financial acumen, and experience managing multiple vendors, including offshore or nearshore.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP implementations.
• End-to-end project delivery in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Strong financial acumen with business-case development and budget ownership.
• Track record of managing multiple third-party vendors, including offshore/nearshore delivery.
• Excellent senior stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
• PRINCE2, MSP or AgilePM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of the BC ERP migration from planning through go-live and benefits realisation.
• Coordinate internal IT teams and multiple external delivery partners across locations.
• Own project budgets, forecasts and financial reporting in partnership with Finance.
• Manage governance, change control, risk and delivery assurance across the programme.
• Engage and influence senior stakeholders as the single delivery contact.
