Job summary

The Panel in Dublin is seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Business Central Project Manager to lead a major ERP migration and the upgrade of a front-office booking system. You will coordinate internal IT teams and multiple external partners, manage budgets, forecasts and financial reporting, and own governance, change control and risk across the project.

• ERP project management experience in migration and implementation.

9-12 Month Contract - Hybrid

Dublin

Our client, a well-established services business, is undertaking a significant technology transformation and is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead

• the upgrade of their front-office booking system
• the delivery of a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP migration ( from SAP).

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of a MS Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP migration, from planning through to go-live.
• Coordinate internal IT teams and multiple third-party delivery partners - locally and internationally.
• Own project budgets, forecasts and financial reporting, working closely with Finance.
• Manage governance, change control and risk across the project.
• Engage and influence senior stakeholders as the single point of contact for delivery.

Experience Required

• ERP Project Manager with extensive experience in migration, integration, and implementation of ERP systems with PM certs.
• Strong experience driving MS Dynamics 365 Business Central (or Dynamics NAV / Navision) ERP implementations.
• Proven end-to-end project delivery in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Strong financial acumen, including business-case development and budget ownership.
• Track record of managing multiple third-party vendors.
• Excellent senior stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
