Job summary

Codec is seeking a Business Applications Solution Architect to own multi-customer solutions, guiding delivery and pre-sales with a senior consultant’s perspective. You will work within a virtual architecture team, sharing ideas and driving best practices.

You will leverage Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform, Azure and related Microsoft technologies to craft end-to-end solutions, while engaging customers as trusted advisors and aligning with commercial constraints.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of Dynamics 365 CRM architecture and customization.
• Experience in two or more Power Platform components and related MS tech.
• Ability to design solutions from scratch and advise on delivery.
• Expertise in ALM, environment strategy and CI/CD automation.
• Proficient in enterprise design documentation and governance.

Responsibilities

• Own solution ownership across multiple customer projects.
• Design and deliver solutions using Dynamics 365 and Microsoft stack.
• Engage with customers as trusted advisor, balancing business needs and budget.
• Participate in pre-sales, tenders and demos for potential customers.
• Lead project deliveries and mentor team members to raise capability.
