Job summary

The Panel is seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager in Ireland to lead a major transformation, migrating finance and operations to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. You will coordinate internal IT teams and external partners, reporting to the Financial Controller and owning delivery benefits.

Key requirements include proven end-to-end Dynamics ERP delivery in complex environments, strong financial acumen, and experience managing multiple vendors, including offshore or nearshore.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP implementations.
• End-to-end project delivery in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Strong financial acumen with business-case development and budget ownership.
• Track record of managing multiple third-party vendors, including offshore/nearshore delivery.
• Excellent senior stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
• PRINCE2, MSP or AgilePM certification preferred.

Job description

Our client is undertaking a significant technology transformation and is seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead the delivery for the Irish business. The role centres on migrating the finance and operations backend to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, alongside an upgrade to the front-office booking system.

You will lead and coordinate internal IT and multiple external delivery partners, and report to the Financial Controller.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of a Microsoft Business Central ERP migration, from planning through to go-live and benefits realisation.
• Coordinate internal IT teams and multiple third-party delivery partners based in different locations.
• Own project budgets, forecasts and financial reporting, working closely with Finance.
• Manage governance, change control, risk and delivery assurance across the programme.
• Engage and influence senior stakeholders and sponsors as the single point of contact for delivery.

Experience Required

• Demonstrable experience leading Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or Dynamics NAV / Navision) ERP implementations.
• Proven end-to-end project delivery in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Strong financial acumen, including business-case development and budget ownership.
• Track record of managing multiple third-party vendors, including offshore or nearshore delivery.
• Excellent senior stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
• Recognised project management certification (PRINCE2, MSP or AgilePM).
