Anson McCade is seeking an Application Support Consultant to join the Customer Success team in Dundalk. The role supports customers across a comprehensive ERP platform, addressing queries, documenting issues, and investigating technical scenarios to deliver effective solutions that maximise ERP value.

Qualifications

• Experience using accounting, ERP or business management software or a related degree.
• Good understanding of financial and management reporting with commercial awareness.
• Interest in technology and customer-facing application support.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving approach with clear investigation methods.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and the ability to translate requirements into technical info.
• Friendly, empathetic and customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Respond to system queries and document issues encountered by customers.
• Investigate technical scenarios and identify effective solutions to maximise ERP value.
• Support customers across the ERP platform including accounting, stock, CRM, e-commerce and BI.
